Reports of increased Borg activity are flying in from the Delta Quadrant. These actions have provoked the Federation Council into deploying the most secret fleet in Starfleet: Juno Fleet. Juno Fleet is equipped with the best technology, equipment, ships and personnel.

Juno Fleet is bound by two purposes and a very specific mandate: Prepared in Minds and Resources (Ready for Anything). The Fleet's primary purpose is to protect the Federation, her people, and her interests. Juno, however, has a very specialised secondary purpose: Solidify a Federation presence in the Delta Quadrant.

With the impending threat of the Romulan/Cardassian Alliance and the Borg inching closer to Federation Space, Starfleet has forged an open alliance with the Klingon Empire, sharing technology, equipment, and personnel.
